Oliver leads our Employment and Skills team and the Good Growth Hub, brokering employment opportunities for young people aged 18–30 in the form of industry-relevant training, practical and task-based work experience, mentoring, and work paid at the London Living Wage or above (apprenticeships, traineeships, freelance work, and sustained jobs).
Oliver is also responsible for brokering and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with organisations including DWP, Arts Council England, Mayor’s Fund for London, and the London Legacy Development Corporation amongst others.
