What we do?
By programming skills training, job opportunities, networks, and career guidance, we equip local young people with the experience, confidence, and knowledge they need to gain employment and contribute fresh creative ideas that grow local businesses and enhance the community.
Collaborating closely with employers in a one-to-one capacity or through cohorts, our team creates relevant curriculums in the Creative, Cultural and Digital sectors and across in-demand skill sets.
We also support employers through advice, guidance, and resources to facilitate hiring and employee CPD that is representative, inclusive, and fair.
