Creative Connect: Industry Sessions offers industry-specific career coaching for anyone looking to work in the creative, cultural, or digital sectors. These are delivered in person and with knowledgeable industry professionals from organisations like the BBC, V&A, Seen Studios and more.
Sessions are up to 45 minutes long and are available on the following dates, between 10am-5pm:
- Wednesday 15th October 2025 @ the Good Growth Hub
- Wednesday 19th November 2025 @ the Good Growth Hub
- Wednesday 10th December 2025 @ the Good Growth Hub
As part of your sessions, you can get bespoke application support for any of the creative jobs or opportunities you want to apply for. This includes feedback on CVs or existing work and portfolios. Get support navigating the job market by exploring new job opportunities or career paths that match your skills, learning goals, and creative career aspirations.
Whether you’re certain of what you’d like to explore next or a bit unsure of your options, the Creative Connect service is a useful resource for all young people at any stage of their career, wanting to build long-term sustainable careers in the creative, cultural, and digital technology industries.

Phoebe Pickard, HR @ V&A
Phoebe is a People (HR) Partner at the V&A, working with Young V&A and V&A East. With 13+ years’ experience in HR in the arts and culture sector, previously working with the National Theatre and UAL (University of the Arts London). This has given Phoebe a broad understanding of creative careers & how employers recruit!
Kate Finch, BBC
After starting her career at the Barbican, Kate moved to the BBC to join the BBC Symphony Orchestra and set up their first marketing and press team. Now, over 20 years later, Kate’s main focus continues to be growing audiences for classical music including BBC Proms, the world’s largest classical music festival held each year at the Royal Albert Hall, and also for the BBC London Orchestras and Choirs. Kate manages a team who deliver a wide range of activity including taking musicians into schools and working with young people exploring careers in the creative industries, as well as creating effective marketing and social campaigns to drive people to events and broadcasts. In recent years Kate has become the BBC partnership lead for East Bank. In 2026 the BBC will be opening a new Music Studios on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as part of the new cultural quarter with our neighbours being UAL London College of Fashion, V&A, Sadler’s Wells and UCL.
Moe Krimat, Marketing Strategy & Design @ Seen Studios
With 17+ years of experience working within the design industry, Moe has been Seen’s head of creative since the company was founded, specialising in strategic consumer insight to create live and multi-dimensional retail interiors and brand experiences.
Gursharan Pannesar, Creative Strategy @ Seen Studios
Gursharan Panesar is a senior creative strategist and cultural analyst, passionate about translating insights into impactful brand strategy. With expertise in trend forecasting, consumer research, and strategic foresight, she guides global brands on how to navigate cultural shifts, ensuring their work remains relevant, future-facing, and deeply connected to the audiences who shape their cultural cachet.

Luisa's expertise in creative communications has seen her become an integral member of Seen Studio's creative partnerships team. Helping our brand partners tell unique stories & nurture collaborations that resonate across the cultural landscape, Luisa's skills lie within strategy and ideation. Hannah Cowling, Project/Team Management @ Seen Studios
Hannah is the Associate Project Director at Seen Studios with 7+ years of experience, leading teams to deliver large-scale experiential brand events across London and Europe.
Rosa Bonetti, Interior & Spatial Design @ Seen Studios
Rosa is a designer for Seen Studios. Rosa works closely with the team to create immersive retail experiences, including stores, events and pop-ups. Some tools Rosa uses are Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to help make ideas come to life.
Katie Mitchell, Creative Business Management @ Seen Studios
Katie is the Managing Director of Seen Studios, a creative design and production agency working with some of the world's biggest brands such as Nike, Converse, Levi's and Meta. Katie's background is creative, having studied Textiles at Central Saint Martins University. She later applied her passion for business when she took on the leadership of her agency in 2018. Katie has travelled the world, meeting and working alongside some amazing creatives, executing a variety of projects. She is passionate about encouraging people to pursue careers within the creative industries and can often be found giving talks to students on her career and what is possible.
Stef Hacking, Interior Design @ Seen Studios
Stef is a Senior Commercial Interior Designer with 12 years of experience shaping retail spaces, temporary activations, and brand events. Stef enjoys collaborating with brands to help stay connected to cultural trends and movements. Stef loves exploring how those ideas come to life in the physical world.
Jess Bell, Projects and Production @ Seen Studios
Jess is the Director of Projects & Production at Seen Studios, where Jess has spent the last 10 years turning bold ideas into real-world experiences. From sculpting at university to leading a team of 15, I’ve always been hands-on, whether it’s a window display, pop-up, or full-blown experiential event. I love the chaos, the creativity and making things happen.
