  A New Direction is a London‑based charity that supports young people into creative careers, creative education and cultural opportunities. They run the Good Growth Hub, a creative careers hub in East London that connects young creatives aged 18–30 with training, paid opportunities, mentoring and industry networks.

• What opportunities are available for young creatives?

  The Good Growth Hub offers paid creative opportunities for young people, including:

  • Creative jobs, internships and traineeships in London
  • Skills training and short creative courses
  • Mentoring and creative career advice
  • Networking events and industry talks
  • Support for freelancers and early‑career creatives

  All paid roles meet or exceed the London Living Wage.
