Through the programme, young East Londoners partake in masterclasses and workshops designed by industry peers and embedding 1:1 career advice and guidance.
Taking place at the Good Growth Hub, the core curriculum covers everything from CV and cover letter writing, interview skills, research and pitching, how to come up with new ideas, and more. C&COP’s dedicated team support participants through every stage of the short programme, helping them digest focus-sector landscapes, source and apply for live job opportunities, and set achievable career goals.
Not only does C&COP upskill you as a young person, but bridges the gap between local talent and local businesses. Through the professional connections that you’ll build and the job prep you’ll be guided through, C&COP offers a well-rounded taster to map and climb roles in the creative industries.
