Connie is about to start her new STEP position as a Learning & Engagement and Public Programming trainee at Sadler's Wells. She is passionate about arts education and has her own creative practice as a communication designer and photographer. On the programme, she is really looking forward to being a part of two great, supportive communities at both Sadler's Wells and at STEP and meeting lots of lovely people through both these experiences!
