Mariah graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture last year. She knew she needed to take time to figure out what direction she wanted to go down. She volunteered for Filifest, a youth organisation that holds an annual festival to celebrate Filipino culture. Mariah learnt new skills in creating content, marketing and hosting. She carried on with her retail job working with Dr. Martens in which she got to meet people from all over the world and work with people from different backgrounds and passions. She love travelling to discover new cultures and architecture, but put her on a beach and she will call that heaven. Mariah is super excited to be a part of STEP and hopefully be a part of the new generation of creatives that the programme will cultivate! The future is bright for the East London creatives!
