Loredana is a graduate in psychology who is passionate about working with people. She has always wanted to work within HR after completing her degree as she learnt a lot about organisational psychology and can see herself doing something within this field for her career.
She is really looking forward to working with the Hudsonbec group because from only briefly meeting the team in her interviews she already has a good feeling about how amazing the work environment will be and how much she can learn from the team. Being surrounded by so many creative people will motivate her everyday and provide a good insight into the role of HR. Loredana is also looking forward to having a mentor that can advise her through the programme and help with all her ideas and concerns.
